We would give Melidonia more than 10 if possible. It’s a beautiful, luxurious and perfectly clean place to stay, with a wonderful view of the caldera. The hotel manager Cleopatra is absolutely amazing, kind, helpful, caring and just great in every way. The staff is wonderful too, perfect in everything they do. Mr Collins is great and kind - always with a smile, Katarina is an excellent chef and cooks delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the cleaning staff does an absolutely perfect job too. The whole team is amazing! We are a family of five, three children included, and we stayed in the Georgios suite. We loved to stay there, loved the architecture, the terrace, the private pool and jacuzzi, the soft beds, how clean it was… and so on! We loved every second of our stay and are so grateful for everything there!

This hotel was a wonderful choice, my girlfriend and I stayed for ten days and everything about it was absolutely perfect. The hotel has a very tight knit team that runs everything impeccably. The breakfast is absolutely to die for. The suites are clean soundproof and modern. The views of the caldera from the private patios are amazing. Cleopatra the hotel manager is the nicest woman I have ever met, and this is not an exaggeration. Not only did she make us feel welcomed, she went above and beyond to make our stay special. All of her recommendations were fantastic (restaurants, excursions, wine tastings). She made reservations and organized it all on the spot. A seamless service, I would come back here in a heartbeat. Much love to all the staff you made our stay in Santorini a very memorable one by treating us like family.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Thanks to Cleopatra! Our stay at this luxurious hotel in Santorini was nothing short of amazing. Every room comes with its own private pool and stunning views that truly take your breath away. Everything was perfect – from the delicious food, beautiful scenery, and top-notch service, to the peaceful and elegant atmosphere. But what truly made our trip unforgettable was the incredible Cleopatra. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was taken care of. Whether it was organizing excursions, making reservations, or simply offering helpful advice, she made everything so easy and enjoyable. Thanks to her, we didn’t have to worry about a thing – we just relaxed and enjoyed every moment. Cleopatra is truly the heart of this place, and because of her, our vacation was exceptional. We can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I had a unforgettable stay at Melidonia Suites. Everything about our experience was absolutely perfect. The suite itself was beautifully designed. The attention to detail was impressive, and we felt like we were staying in a luxurious home away from home. The location was ideal, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere while still being close to many charming attractions. Everything was exceptionally clean. Amazing stay! Room, pool, deck area and view were fantastic! Staff were so nice and couldn't do enough for us. Can literally see the Caldera view from your bed. Breakfast brought to your room every morning, really good and varied selection. Room and bathroom were massive. Quiet area away from the crowds of Fira and Oia but close to Athrokiri village with a selection of restaurants 15 mins walk downhill.

It was INCREDIBLE. The privacy but also the care taken of us was exceptional! Kristina was terrific at reaching out before our stay for any questions we might have, upon arrival she took excellent care of us while they were finishing up getting our room ready because we arrived earlier than expected. Collins brought our bags up to our room, he also brought us all our food while we stayed there and when I say this gentleman was so kind and had such a happy personality, I mean it he was exceptional. Last but not least the woman who kept our place so clean and tidy was Becky, and she did an outstanding job! Coming back each day to our room being spotless and all tidied up was the cherry on top! All around 10/10, and the views and pool were amazing features of this stay!

Everything. The hotel was fantastic. We had an unforgettable stay. Everything from the Views, to the breakfast, to the pool, to the excellent service. The suite was beautifully designed. The luxurious and serene atmosphere was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The staff, they are the best!!! Our immense gratitude to Collins for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable, to Kristina for being so kind and helpful in booking our boat tour, and a restaurant where we had the best experience at "Greek night". A big thank you to Krema and Peppa, for cleaning our suite so well.

The service was exceptional from everyone there. Great location with amazing views. You do need to hire a car or catch the bus to get to the main attractions but beautiful area and quiet. Had free parking at the hotel. Hotel room was very big. Great pool. Housekeeping are very thorough - moped the floors and even hosed down the outside area so it didn’t get dusty from the wind. Front desk gave great recommendations of where to eat. Wonderful breakfast served on the patio area. Greeted us with a glass of wine and fruit platter on arrival.

We were welcomed by Cleopatra, she was very nice and very welcoming! She told us about Santorini and gave us good recommendations to visit. I would 100% recommend staying here. The rest of the staff is also amazing and kind and the food was excellent! The room was even more beautiful than on the photo's. We are looking forward to visit again some time :)
